We know it: we eat too much salt. While the WHO recommends 5 grams of salt per day, we consume closer to 10! Salt is lurking everywhere: in bread, cured meats, prepared meals... and yet, reducing salt without losing flavor seems like mission impossible... Well, not quite! Posidonia© ist ein natürliches Flüs­sigsalz mit außergewöhnlichem Ge­schmack und einem Natriumgehalt von nur 8%. Damit kann der Salzge­ halt in Backwaren ohne Qualitäts­ oder Geschmackseinbußen um min­ destens 25% reduziert und auch ausgelobt werden. Die Salzlösung wird auf Forderung der UNESCO zum Schutz der Biodiversität in den Salzfeldern von Formentera, einem tausendjährigen Weltkultur­ erbe, hergestellt.
